Total and safe medical evacuation service

Galaxy Rescue 999 Air ambulance Services was created with one goal. To ensure rapid, safe and cost efficient air transportation of critically ill patient to the fine hospitals within the “Golden hours” following on accident or a stroke. A talented and experienced team of doctors and other highly trained medical personnel will travel on board a fully equipped air ambulance (aircraft/helicopter) with the patient, constantly monitoring his/her progress to avert any further complications. Our staff consists of ICC-CCU Trained Doctors, ICC-CCU Trained Nurses (Including Neonatal and Pediatric Nurses) and ICC-CCU Trained Para Medics. We utilize combination of doctors, nurses and paramedic staff, most appropriate and cost efficient for the patient in question. We provide advanced life support equipment on our road ambulance. All instruments are US FDA approved. All the medical instruments and supplies are checked prior to and after each transport to assure proper maintenance and inventory on all medical equipments.
Quality Program

We have an active quality assurance program. At the end of each evacuation, the team accompanying the patient will forward the flight notes to our Medical Co-ordination, who will carefully review it. Any areas of concern will be noted and discussed with the team, receiving hospital and the family of the patient. In addition, evaluation card will be sent to the family after the flight, requesting them to evaluate our service and the care provided to the patient. This comprehensive quality assurance program will enable us to evaluate ourselves continuously and consequently to maintain our high level of services.

How to Request Service?

Our air ambulance mobile service is available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Simply call us at 098400-38828 and speak with one of our flight coordinators at our Chennai office (India). Our staff will make all necessary arrangements. They will advise you of the estimate time of arrival of the air ambulance and monitor the flight progress till the patient is safely transferred to the receiving health care facility.
